It is free. No subscription fees, no setup or other fees. The only things in the site that can cost money are the optional upgrades that we have to pay for, so we pass the cost through to you. High resolution imagery for maps and e-signable proposals use outside services, so we pass the cost of those through to you on a per use basis. You can fully use snowbidder to do all of your estimates completely free of charge, no catch.
Privacy
We don't sell or trade any information. Ever. Your data is yours and yours alone. We will never share your maps, estimates or anything else.
How many users can I have?

How long do you keep my estimates?

Is it just for vendors?

Are the contracts PDFs?
PDF files are complex, error-prone, and unintelligent. Electronic contracts are not limited by rigid PDF files, and can enjoy the benefits of editable content and mobile-friendly contracts. After the contactds are digitally signed, they generate PDFs for your records which are stored in the cloud.
Can I use my branding?
Yes! The proposal can be customized with your logo and other details to ensure that your brand remains fornt and center with interactions with your customers.
Can I do bulk estimating?
Coming soon! Many of our customers handle large multi-site clients and want to batch estimate hundreds or thousands of sites at the same time. We should have this functionality live shortly.
